It provides holistic guidance on diet, exercise, stress management, sleep, and meditation, tailored to each individual's constitution (Prakriti) for balance. This natural approach reconnects individuals with nature's rhythms, promoting harmony and addressing the root causes of disease. Alex integrates modern medicine with Ayurveda for a comprehensive healthcare approach. Ayurveda explores what are called "Doshas". There are 3 Doshas present in everyone's physiology, each of us with a unique combination. They are called: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. The Doshas are comprised of the 5 elements: space, air, fire, water, and earth. They each have an important role in the organ systems, and are what connect us to nature. Using the knowledge of the Doshas, we can understand tendencies towards balance or imbalance in our health.
